I made a trip to Connecticut this past week. We went up there for my nephew's wedding. We didn't tell any family up there about my weight loss. Needless to say, everyone was surprised and very happy for me. I did splurge more than ever and gained a pound. I'm going to have to get motivated again so I can lose more weight and reach my goal. On the up side, I did fit into my navy uniform for the first time since the early seventies. Everyone in my family has been able to wear that uniform for Halloween over the years. Maybe I'll wear it next year! Here are pictures!

Amazing dad! But Mario says that you you need to shave before wearing the uniform. Ha ha!
