WEEK 31

It's been a while since I lasted posted. I'm down to 186 lbs and feeling great. I have loosened up a little bit with my diet. I stick to it most of the time, but once in a while I have a little extra protein or eat a biscuit from Red Lobster. I don't over indulge. I want to train myself so when I get down to my goal weight, I can control what I eat and sustain my weight loss. I don't ever want to gain the weight back or be that size again.
